I don't just fix problems — I understand them. When something breaks, I dig until I find the root cause, not just the symptom. When I build something, I think about how it scales, how it performs, and how the next person will maintain it. My approach is simple: we do it the right way, not the easy way.
I love automation. Not because I'm lazy — but because every saved click is a saved second, and every saved second compounds. I once built a custom WordPress plugin just to visualise leads in a single view, simply because clicking through Salesforce screens was breaking my flow. That's how I think: if a process annoys me twice, I automate it the third time.
I thrive on challenges. The portal that replaced Salesforce Experience Cloud for 1,000+ users didn't come with a manual — I figured out bidirectional REST API sync, role-based access control, and custom authentication by researching, testing, breaking things, and rebuilding until it worked in production.
